A: During our initial logo meeting, we first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our logo design service is very straight forward. If you’d like to see extra concepts after our initial three ideas or if you need a couple logo designs for multiple companies our service can be priced according to your needs.

During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled. Website & App Development

Q. I run a smal/medium size business and want a online presence to promote my business in a professional manner to new customer and to provide a more professional image to excisting customers. What do i need to achieve this?

A: You need a professionally developed website, a domain name, and hosting facilities for your website. You also need the website to be uploaded onto your hosting facilities and promoted to the search engines.

Q. Why should i hire a website design professional?

A: We all know someone who designs web sites as a hobby – your nephew, a friend, a co-worker. This also explains why there are so many poorly designed web sites – or “all lookalike” – commercial template type of design. Some “designers” don’t even bother to change the original photos…
Let’s say you hire your nephew or an employee’s relative who “creates websites in her spare time”. The Result: Your website does not have the professional look that shows in your other marketing campaign so the first impression could be negative. Your site might be hard for web site visitors to navigate, the pages might take too long to load, or it could be just…plain boring, causing people to leave your website without contacting you.
From their first impression, website visitors do not take your business seriously and they choose to take their business to your competitor.
Web Design is a unique design medium and requires extensive knowledge in designing graphics and page layout for the Internet.
The Internet is VISUAL! You have 4 seconds to grab your visitor’s attention. You miss with a poor design, your client is gone!

Q. How long will it take for my website to be designed?

A: The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client, but typically ranges from 2 weeks. If you have a deadline in mind, we will do our best to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.
It totally depends on how many changes and how quickly the client responds (we reply to every email as soon as we receive it.) It usually doesn’t take more than a week to finish a logo design, and never more than 2 weeks to finish any other designs once they are approved.

Q. Will everyone see my website the same?

A: Your website visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution setting and their individual computer settings and toolbars. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing. Obviously as technology alters then eventually all websites may need revaluation.

Q. Will my website design be"Search Engine" friendly?

A: All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time, as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.

Q. Once my website is completed! What after sales services do you offer?

A: We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer web site maintenance so that your website needs never get out of date. Yearly Maintenance is charged as per packaged and in that new image and data can be Upgraded edited or deleted ample of times as per requirements.

Q. In what format should i supply words and photographs about my business for my new website?

A: It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form - for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website.

Q. I hear that there are hidden costs associated with web design services. Is it true?

A: No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, that price is strictly adhered to.

Q. Do you re-design existing websites?

A: Yes we do. We can redesign, retaining your company corporate style or we can redesign to give you a complete new image. Is your website up to date? We can redesign your website to take advantage of the latest web technologies

Q. I already have a website and i need it updating, can you help me?

A: Yes, we would be happy to look at your existing website and give you a quote for updating it.

Post Production

Q: How do I make a great corporate video?

A: Have clear objectives. Write them down and be prepared to explain them to your team and execute your objectives. Sounds easy and is with great communication!

Q: How long should my online video be?

A: Some video placement requires a predetermined length. Like commercials and platforms including Tik Tok. When creating a video on sites like YouTube they can be a lot longer but it’s important to keep your audience in mind. Most videos on the web shouldn’t be longer than a few minutes. This is a general rule and we’d be happy to discuss your current need.

Q: How much should my video cost?

A: What’s your idea, where is it running, and how big is your company’s marketing budget? Only you can determine how much it makes sense to invest in your business’ project. Cost depends on the idea and the number of scenes, explosions and crew members required to get the job done. Mail us to discuss over your idea, your budget and how we can work with you to get your ideas on screen. Getting the best quality out of your budget is where our experience and expertise can be helpful.

Q: How long will it take to produce my video?

A: Six to eight weeks is average for a corporate video. Social videos usually need to be turned around much quicker. We can move as quickly as you can. We find that usually, the most time-consuming part of making a commercial or video is the approval process on the client-side. If you give us the greenlight we can turn around your project extremely quickly unless of course, you’re remaking.

Q: How do you hire a good video production company?

A: Some companies bid multiple vendors for a project but most of our clients are single bid from referrals, repeat business or good chemistry rather than cost. Video production is often high visibility within client organization so it’s essential there is significant trust between the video production company and the client. Look for trust and results will follow.

Q: How do I make my corporate video more interesting?

A: Some companies bid multiple vendors for a project but most of our clients are single bid from referrals, repeat business or good chemistry rather than cost. Video production is often high visibility within client organization so it’s essential there is significant trust between the video production company and the client. Look for trust and results will follow. If you’ve seen one corporate video you’ve seen them all, wrong. We’re in the golden age of branded content with companies like Redbull, Nike, and Google doing compelling video content that drives business and improves their brand image.

Q: What are the types of corporate videos?

A: Social media video is the most popular type of video now for sites like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram. But there’s also video for websites as well as video created to be shown at tradeshows, conferences and business presentations.

Q: How do I get the best price for my corporate video?

A: Getting the best ROI from your corporate video production starts with creating a budget, communicating clearly what the budget is and shopping for value. If you’re just shopping for price you might as well hire a teenager and her iPhone. Think of it as shopping for a car, you have an idea of the type of car you want to buy, so being an economy car when you want to buy an SUV is really getting a better price. It’s making a compromise no one will be happy with. When purchasing a video start with a budget and strong idea of what you want and begin the conversation there.

Q: Can you produce my commercial, TV show or film?

A: Yes. If you have the idea and budget we have a team of writers, producers, directors, editors and technicians standing by to make your vision a reality.

Q: Do you do branded content or webisodes?

A: We do script to any screen or length. We’re passionate about the new wave of advertising and marketing content and feel it’s a great opportunity for both creative talent and brands.

Q: How quickly can you get my video made?

A: We have worked on some truly insane production timelines and delivered amazing results but we don’t recommend it. For a commercial or web video we recommend awarding the job at least three weeks before shoot day. And for script to screen productions allow six weeks or more. This provides enough time for approvals, casting and getting the best people and resources in places.

Q: Post production

A: Our in house expertise is in storytelling, cutting, titling and finishing of live action content. That means for clients needing live action production, we have a one stop shop for the industry’s highest production values. However, we often collaborate with the southeasts best animators and effects artist to take projects to the next level.
