Web Designing

Q. I run a smal/medium size business and want a online presence to promote my business in a professional manner to new customer and to provide a more professional image to excisting customers. What do i need to achieve this?

A: You need a professionally developed website, a domain name, and hosting facilities for your website. You also need the website to be uploaded onto your hosting facilities and promoted to the search engines.

Q. Why should i hire a website design professional?

A: We all know someone who designs web sites as a hobby – your nephew, a friend, a co-worker. This also explains why there are so many poorly designed web sites – or “all lookalike” – commercial template type of design. Some “designers” don’t even bother to change the original photos…
Let’s say you hire your nephew or an employee’s relative who “creates websites in her spare time”. The Result: Your website does not have the professional look that shows in your other marketing campaign so the first impression could be negative. Your site might be hard for web site visitors to navigate, the pages might take too long to load, or it could be just…plain boring, causing people to leave your website without contacting you.
From their first impression, website visitors do not take your business seriously and they choose to take their business to your competitor.
Web Design is a unique design medium and requires extensive knowledge in designing graphics and page layout for the Internet.
The Internet is VISUAL! You have 4 seconds to grab your visitor’s attention. You miss with a poor design, your client is gone!

Q. How long will it take for my website to be designed?

A: The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client, but typically ranges from 2 weeks. If you have a deadline in mind, we will do our best to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.
It totally depends on how many changes and how quickly the client responds (we reply to every email as soon as we receive it.) It usually doesn’t take more than a week to finish a logo design, and never more than 2 weeks to finish any other designs once they are approved.

Q. Will everyone see my website the same?

A: Your website visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution setting and their individual computer settings and toolbars. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing. Obviously as technology alters then eventually all websites may need revaluation.

Q. Will my website design be"Search Engine" friendly?

A: All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time, as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.

Q. Once my website is completed! What after sales services do you offer?

A: We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer web site maintenance so that your website needs never get out of date. Yearly Maintenance is charged as per packaged and in that new image and data can be Upgraded edited or deleted ample of times as per requirements.

Q. In what format should i supply words and photographs about my business for my new website?

A: It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form - for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website.

Q. How will we get backup of our website?

A: Yes, Client will recieve all Data format of PDF or Doc file which includes Images too after website is totaly completed successfully.

Q: Why do the printed colors look different from the colors on my screen?

A: In short, printers and monitors produce colors in different ways.Monitors use the RGB (red, green, blue) color model, which usually supports a wider spectrum of colors. Printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color model, which can reproduce most—but not all—of the colors in the RGB color model. Depending on the equipment used, CMYK generally matches 85–90% of the colors in the RGB model. When a color is selected from the RGB model that is out of the range of the CMYK model, the application chooses what it thinks is the closest color that will match. Programs like Adobe Photoshop will allow you to choose which color will be replaced. Others may not.

Q: What file format should I use when submitting my electronic document for printing?

A: PDF (Portable Document Format) is the most common and preferred file format for submitting digital documents or Open file CDR, .EPS, AI, Doc etc

Q: Once I submit the documents, how long will it take to finish my job?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We only accept bank transfers or google pay. ( Terms and conditions)

Q: What is variable data printing?

A: Variable data printing is technology for printing documents so that each piece is personalized to the specific recipient. At the most basic level, this means personalizing a name and address. But for real impact, many projects include unique graphics and content that speaks directly to the recipient.

Q: What does personalization mean?

A: Personalization is another term for variable data—technology for printing documents so that each piece is personalized to the specific recipient. Personalizing can be as simple as a unique name and address on every printed piece. But more sophisticated levels of personalization can include text or images that vary based on data specific to the recipient, or data-driven graphics such as a pie chart illustrating something specific to the recipient.

A: Have clear objectives. Write them down and be prepared to explain them to your team. Hire good a good production company or in-house team to execute your objectives and then trust them to do a great job. Sounds easy and is with great communication!

Q: How long should my online video be?

A: Some video placement requires a predetermined length. Like commercials and platforms including Tik Tok. When creating a video on sites like YouTube they can be a lot longer but it’s important to keep your audience in mind. Most videos on the web shouldn’t be longer than a few minutes. This is a general rule and we’d be happy to discuss your current need.

Q: How much should my video cost?

A: What’s your idea, where is it running, and how big is your company’s marketing budget? Only you can determine how much it makes sense to invest in your business’ project. Cost depends on the idea and the number of scenes, explosions and crew members required to get the job done. Give us a call and we can talk over your idea, your budget and how we can work with you to get your ideas on screen. Getting the best quality out of your budget is where our experience and expertise can be helpful.

Q: How long will it take to produce my video?

A: Six to eight weeks is average for a corporate video. Social videos usually need to be turned around much quicker. We can move as quickly as you can. We find that usually, the most time-consuming part of making a commercial or video is the approval process on the client-side. If you give us the greenlight we can turn around your project extremely quickly unless of course, you’re remaking.

Q: How do you hire a good video production company?

A: Some companies bid multiple vendors for a project but most of our clients are single bid from referrals, repeat business or good chemistry rather than cost. Video production is often high visibility within client organization so it’s essential there is significant trust between the video production company and the client. Look for trust and results will follow.

Q: How do I make my corporate video more interesting?

A: Some companies bid multiple vendors for a project but most of our clients are single bid from referrals, repeat business or good chemistry rather than cost. Video production is often high visibility within client organization so it’s essential there is significant trust between the video production company and the client. Look for trust and results will follow. If you’ve seen one corporate video you’ve seen them all, wrong. We’re in the golden age of branded content with companies like Redbull, Nike, and Google doing compelling video content that drives business and improves their brand image.

Q: What are the types of corporate videos?

A: Social media video is the most popular type of video now for sites like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. But there’s also video for websites as well as video created to be shown at tradeshows, conferences and business presentations.

Q: Where do I find the best video production companies?

A: A few years ago the answer was simple. In Hollywood. Now there are great companies doing excellent big brand work in the production hubs of NY, LA, Atlanta, and Chicago. And even some in smaller markets doing excellent regional work. Do your research by asking trusted colleagues and peers, search for great work on the internet and talk to potential companies to find the right fit.

Q: How do I get the best price for my corporate video?

A: Getting the best ROI from your corporate video production starts with creating a budget, communicating clearly what the budget is and shopping for value. If you’re just shopping for price you might as well hire a teenager and her iPhone. Think of it as shopping for a car, you have an idea of the type of car you want to buy, so being an economy car when you want to buy an SUV is really getting a better price. It’s making a compromise no one will be happy with. When purchasing a video start with a budget and strong idea of what you want and begin the conversation there.
