1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
SKDS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Attempts will be made to contact you in the event of a cancellation. Any money that was received for a cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.
2. PRICING POLICY
All payments are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank. All merchandise prices are subject to change without notice.
3. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
When placing an order online you will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website. If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution we will not be able to deliver the goods. We will arrange to contact you to inform you that your order will not be placed.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please WhatsApp (No Calls, Only Whatsapp) at 9821706101 or mail at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

SKDS owns and operates this site. All text, graphics, logos, icons, site design and images on this site are owned by Shree Kalika Design Studio. Content on this site is for personal use only and not for any other purpose. Without Shree Kalika Design Studio's (SKDS) prior written permission, no materials on this site are to be copied or reproduced in any way. Unauthorized use of any of the above may result in the violation of laws and could result in criminal penalties.
6. REFUND POLICY
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
7. SHIPPING POLICY
The item will be shipped in 5-7 days from the date of receiving the payment.
After checking all products are been delivered to customers.
All shipping is tracked, with an approximate delivery time of 2-4 business days after the product is shipped out.
Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays on delivery times – please check your tracking information. Tracking information will be available upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email or phone number you placed your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email.
We are not responsible for any delays experienced by the couriers when delivering your Parcel. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from SKDS Store and We reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing delays.
We are not liable for any losses incurred during any natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to floods, fires, tornados), terrorist attacks or threats of terrorism, customs service strikes/postal service strikes, civil conflict, riots, invasions or occupancy, extreme weather conditions, or failure of telecommunication networks.
