Desktop Publisher

Responsibilities :

  • Review text, graphics, or other materials created by writers and designers.

  • Create and format placements, flyers, newsletters, brochures, and more.

  • Edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations and custom-designed PowerPoint layouts.

  • Import text and graphics into publishing software.

  • Design graphics for traditional and online advertising, social media, and promotions.

  • Integrate images and text to create cohesive pages.

  • Proofread final copy and edit graphics.

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues.

  • Revise layouts and make corrections as necessary.

  • Submit or upload final files for printing or online publishing.

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

  • Design creative web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, packaging, doodles 2D/3D characters , Digital Sketeches and other communication materials.

  • Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.

  • Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.

  • Present design concepts to clients or art directors.

  • Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs.

  • Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.

  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

Marketing

Responsibilities :

  • Listening to customer needs.

  • Track trends and monitor competition.

  • Work and brand values.

  • Searching for new (and helpful) marketing' tools.

  • Coordinate efforts with those of the marketing partners of the company.

  • Innovate and Communicate.

  • Help improve sales processes and customer.

  • Manage marketing budgets & Calculate the ROI (Return Of Investment) of the company’s actions.

  • Define strategic marketing plans.

  • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.

  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.

  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
