Desktop Publisher
Responsibilities :
-
Review text, graphics, or other materials created by writers and designers.

Create and format placements, flyers, newsletters, brochures, and more.

Edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations and custom-designed PowerPoint layouts.

Import text and graphics into publishing software.
-
Design graphics for traditional and online advertising, social media, and promotions.
-
Integrate images and text to create cohesive pages.
-
Proofread final copy and edit graphics.
-
Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues.
-
Revise layouts and make corrections as necessary.
-
Submit or upload final files for printing or online publishing.
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities :
-
Design creative web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, packaging, doodles 2D/3D characters , Digital Sketeches and other communication materials.

Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.

Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.

Present design concepts to clients or art directors.

Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs.
-
Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.

Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.
Marketing
Responsibilities :

Define strategic marketing plans.

Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
